Tube Fittings
As an authorized Parker Master Stocking Distributor, American Hose stocks the entire line of Parker Industrial tube fittings, adapters and equipment. In addition, if your application requires a custom fitting produced to your specifications, American Hose works with Parker Industrial to produce the custom fitting required, from one piece to orders in the thousands.

Parker tube fittings and adapters carried by American Hose include:

Seal-Lok™ H2 Fittings and Adapters - designed and approved for use in CNG (compressed natural gas) and hydrogen vehicle applications, primarily for the storage and delivery of these alternate fuels. Features include an O-ring face seal (ORFS) and postionable fittings approved for 10,000 psi (700 bar) hydrogen vehicle service; also certified for use with CNG vehicles requiring on-board storage and delivery up to 5,000 psi (350 bar); designed with Parker’s unique H2 port and H2 stud, compatible with standard SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) connectors.
Seal-Lok™ Lite - this Parker high flow, compact tube fitting is for use in high flow, low- to medium-pressure environments and systems, including semiconductor manufacturing and moving fluids and liquids in fuel cell systems. Features include the leak-free performance and assembly advantages of Seal-Lok™ ORFS (SAE J1453); larger flow diameters and shorter thread lengths than conventional industrial and instrumentation-grade hydraulic fittings; consistent assembly using the torque method; Parker Parflange® assembly method is also an option, resulting in cost and time savings.
Triple-Lok® 2 - a line of soft-seal stainless steel 37° fittings, utilizing an elastomeric seal design combined with the Parker proprietary stainless steel Triple-Lok® system. Advantages and features include a custom engineered groove design that prevents nose collapse, resulting in reliable performance in the field; twenty percent higher working pressures when compared to standard stainless steel fittings with 37° flarings; can be used with standard hose ends and flared tubes, and utilizes standard O-rings in a wide range of sizes, resulting in additional cost savings and compatibility/convenience; uses a replaceable soft seal in the nose of the flare, strategically positioned and located - resulting in high strength, leak free connections; utilizes Parker’s patented Robust Port Stud™ System for simple, straightforward assembly and improved reliability for adjustable fittings.
Parker Screen Fittings - for added screening at the connections of critical components and systems, as part of - or as added insurance to - an existing filtration system. Features and advantages are Parker screen fittings filter particles ranging in size from 480 microns to 65 microns, based on the rating of the screen; applications include use in the protection of instrumentation and gauges, test bench circuitry and components, precision orifices and openings, and hydraulic parts and systems; pre-tested to determine bi-directional flow capacity, screen retention capability, and maximum pressure drop; for use in pneumatic or hydraulic systems, and constructed using stainless steel screen and available in Seal-Lok™ ORFS, Triple-Lok® 37° flare, as well as standard fitting configurations.
Robust Port Stud™ - designed for simple, quick, error-free field installation, eliminating the possibility of backup washer damage that could lead to leaks; features include no requirement to retrofit and components - dimensions are the same as current available SAE adjustable connectors, and include a longer locknut, which provides more "wrench area," while keeping the connector threads covered. Three basic assembly steps are involved - first, the connector is threaded into the port; second, back the connector off to align it with the tube end; third, tighten the locknut.
Triple-Lok® Swivel Connection - improved performance results, such as greater reliability and higher pressure ratings, are due to features such as a dual-angle seat that accepts both 45° and 37° flare fittings, while repositioning the location of the seal away from the male nose tip. Other benefits include no difference in fitting body size or overall swivel nut size, and no change in assembly or torque method; significantly increased pressure ratings (up to 72 percent more than equivalent competitive products).
Trap-Seal™ - a seal that virtually eliminates any chance of pop-out that can happen with standard round O-rings; this is attained by consistently positive retention of the seal in the groove of the fitting - also resulting in a seal that doesn’t fail prematurely due to pinching or not seating properly. Benefits and features are the virtual elimination of pre-assembly handling and/or costly leakage; same hardness and material characteristics as the standard Parker O-ring line (constructed of 90 Durometer Nitrile); trapezoidal seal design shape increases retention in the Seal-Lok™ ORFS groove; a standard O-ring can be used as a replacement in the field (the groove design remains unchanged); greatly reduces having to replace and reinstall the seal.
Parflange® Technology - this Parker tube connection system reduces tube assembly time up to 75 percent. With a single, quick operation, the Parflange® process produces 90° flanges and 37° flares, resulting in a highly reliable, leak-free seal of high pressure tubes and tubing in sizes up to 38 mm outer diameter (OD) or 1-1/2" without the need for welding or brazing. Advantages and features include using a Parker patented orbital spin process, delivering a dependable flange with an even mating surface; eliminates secondary time-consuming operations such as X-ray and cleaning steps that can be very intricate and complicated; creates a flat, smooth surface that requires no special skills on the part of the operator, and can be completed in less than 20 seconds. Parflange® models include the bench size Model 1025 and the Model 1050 WorkCentre, designed for large-scale, high volume industrial production.

All tube fittings feature Chromium-6 Free plating that is environmentally safe; superior corrosion resistance and protection compared to previous types of plating; and, there are no changes or differences in previous torque or assembly methods.
